How to use Benefits Base Camp. 

There are three simple steps to getting started:

Step 1. See if you’re eligible.

Full-time and part-time employees have access to different benefits.

Use this chart to see which benefits you’re eligible for, based on your status, and when you can sign up.

Pro tip: If you’re newly eligible — whether you just joined Trilogy or had a qualifying life event — you have only 30 days to enroll in insurance.


Step 2. Review the plans.

Take time to explore your options. It’s all about finding the right fit for you and your family, lifestyle and goals.

There’s a lot to consider when it comes to important plans like medical insurance, dental and vision. You only get one chance to choose each year during Open Enrollment (unless your eligibility changes or you experience a qualifying life event during the year).


Step 3. Make your choices.

This is the shortest step, but the most important.

Choose and confirm your selections during the allowed period.
