How does it work?
- Guild pays partner universities on your behalf – so you get the options you want and classes that fit your schedule.
- You can build your expertise with degrees and certificates in nursing and healthcare —or explore career prep courses in a variety of fields.
Student loans often come with a high cost. That can quickly derail your career plans, making it harder to focus on the future you want.
That’s why Trilogy offers two kinds of solutions to our employees:
- Student Loan Optimization (SLO) includes tools and one-on-one coaching to help you take control of your student debt and ramp up your repayment.
- Student Loan Repayment (SLR) contributes directly to your student loans – $100 per month for full-time employees and $50 a month for part-time employees.

That’s the idea behind Trilogy Registered Apprenticeship Programs for full-time and part-time employees. You can fast-track your mastery of new skills while you work.
You can also get reimbursed for achieving certifications that help you move ahead.
