Spending time with your little one is serious business. So is squeezing in time for a nap, if you’re lucky. That’s why we offer paid parental leave if you become a new parent – by birth or adoption.

Snuggles First – We’ve Got the Rest Covered

We believe life is about balance and snuggling with your new child.

If you’ve worked with Trilogy for the last six (continuous) months, you may be eligible for paid parental leave.  

That means you can receive 100% of your base pay so your needs are taken care of while you’re taking care of your little one. 

Here’s what to know about parental leave: 

  • Worked at Trilogy 6 – 12 months? Eligible up to three (3) weeks of paid leave. 
  • Worked at Trilogy at least 12 months? Eligible for up to six (6) weeks of paid leave. 
  • Your leave must be taken concurrently with FMLA or other applicable leaves of absence. 
  • Requests should be made at least 30 days in advance of the first day of leave. Make requests to the Benefits Resource Center.

Congratulations on your upcoming arrival. Please note, if you’re having twins, or adopting multiple children at once, that is super exciting. However, it does not increase your total amount of paid leave granted.  

Who’s eligible? 

Full- and part-time employees who have been employed continuously with Trilogy Health Services for at least six (6) months of service are eligible. Requests for paid parental leave do not guarantee approval.  

“Leave” it to the BRC! 

The Benefits Resource Center (BRC) is ready to help you have time to enjoy your new family member. (Although they don’t change diapers.) Submit your request for paid parental leave to them at least 30 days in advance.
