Adding Your Child to Benefits
The birth or adoption of a child is a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), which allows you to update your benefits within 30 days of the event.
To update your benefits:
- Log into UKG and register your Adoption or Birth of Child QLE.
- Add your child to eligible medical, dental, vision, and other benefit plans.
- Enroll in or update your HSA and/or Dependent Care FSA contributions, if applicable.
Additional Support & Perks
Free Maternity Uniforms
Employees may receive up to two maternity uniform polos or chef coats at no cost. Contact your local Business Office for assistance.
Back-to-Work Lactation Support
Trilogy provides private lactation spaces for nursing mothers returning to work. Speak with your supervisor for details.
Well-Being Rewards
Complete the Healthy Beginnings program and/or submit a physician verification form through Personify Health to earn up to 5,000 additional points, which can be redeemed for rewards through your Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA).

Healthy Beginnings with Lucent Health
Healthy Beginnings provides personalized, one-on-one nursing support before and after your baby arrives. Your nurse can answer questions, connect you to resources, and help you navigate your pregnancy journey with confidence.
How to enroll:

- You may receive an invitation after your first obstetrician visit, but you can enroll at any time
First Stop Health offers convenient coaching and support throughout your pregnancy.
Free Prenatal Vitamins
Pregnant employees can receive free prenatal vitamins through SynchronyRx@Home.
To receive vitamins:
- Enroll with SynchronyRx@Home.
- Ask your doctor for a prescription for prenatal vitamins.
- Submit the prescription to SynchronyRx@Home. SynchronyRx will determine the brand provided.
Welcoming a new child is a special time. Trilogy’s Paid Parental Leave benefit gives eligible parents protected time away from work to bond with their new family member following a birth or adoption.
Eligibility
Full-time and part-time employees who have completed at least six consecutive months of employment with Trilogy may be eligible for paid parental leave.
Benefits
Length of Service Paid Leave Benefit
6 – 12 months | Up to 3 weeks at 100% base pay
12+ months | Up to 6 weeks at 100% base pay
Important Information
- Leave is available for both birth and adoption.
- Leave must be taken concurrently with FMLA or other applicable leaves of absence when required.
- Requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the anticipated leave date.
- If both parents work for Trilogy, they are not required to take leave at the same time.
- Multiple births or adoptions do not increase the total paid leave available.
- Approval of paid parental leave is subject to eligibility requirements and company approval.
