What all future Mentors should know
Congrats on making the decision to take the first step! Just a couple more to go!
Connect with a leader: Once you apply, a campus or support team leader will meet with you to talk through the role and what to expect.
Get approved and invited: If you’re selected, you’ll receive an email and a RedeApp message about 30 days before the in-person session. This will include all the details you need—where to go, what to bring, any pre-work, and more.
Pro tip: Keep an eye on your RedeApp and email so you don’t miss important updates.
Mentor positions are limited, getting approved does not guarantee placement. Training spots are limited, so getting approved doesn’t mean you’re automatically in.
