How to Get Your Prescriptions with Trilogy Health Services
If you are enrolled in a Trilogy medical plan, your pharmacy benefits are already included. This coverage is provided through CarelonRx and SynchronyRx@Home.
Who is eligible?
Full-time employees and their dependents who are enrolled in a Trilogy medical plan.
You have two ways to get your prescriptions
Best for specialty and maintenance medications you take regularly, such as:
- Blood pressure medicine
- Asthma medicine
- Cholesterol medicine
You can receive a 30-day or 90-day supply mailed to your home.
Payment options include:
- HSA
- LSA
- Payroll deduction
