Tuition Support Through Guild Education

Through our partnership with Guild Education, you can reduce the cost of school and focus on building your skills and career.

  • 100% tuition coverage for select programs (like RN to BSN)
  • Up to $5,250 per year for other approved programs, including materials and fees
  • Access to fully and partially funded degrees, certifications, and courses

Some programs are paid directly to the school, while others are reimbursed after submission. You’ll also receive personalized support from Guild Specialists to help you choose a program, apply, and stay on track.

Paying for School – Made Easier

Worried about upfront costs? Many schools offer payment plans or tuition deferrals, so you can enroll without paying everything at once.

How it works:

  • Check if your school offers a payment plan or deferral
  • Apply and get approved
  • Keep track of payments and grades
  • Submit documentation to Guild for reimbursement
Degrees, Course & Certifications

Whether you want a full degree or just want to build new skills, there are options for you:

  • Degree programs (undergraduate & graduate)
  • Certificates and certifications
  • Bootcamps and short courses

Many programs are fully funded. Others qualify for up to $5,250/year in support.

Student Loan Repayment

Eligible employees can receive monthly support toward student loans:

  • $100/month (full-time)
  • $50/month (part-time)
Eligibility

You’re eligible if you are:

  1. A full-time or part-time employee
  2. Employed with Trilogy for at least 6 months

Before applying:

  • Discuss your education goals with your manager
  • Get manager approval for your program
Tuition Reimbursement (Outside Guild)

If your program isn’t in the Guild catalog, you can still receive support:

  • Up to $5,250 per year for approved programs
  • Covers tuition, books, and supplies
  • Paid as reimbursement after you submit documentation

How it works:

  1. Pay for your program upfront
  2. Submit proof of payment and completion
  3. Receive reimbursement (up to annual limit)
