Basic Life and AD&D for full-time employees

Are you a full-time employee? Great! Depending on your role, you receive basic coverage equal to $15,000 or one times your basic annual earnings (up to $100,000) at no cost to you.
Your total benefit will be reduced by:

  • 35% at age 65
  • 60% at age 70
  • 75% at age 75
  • 85% at age 80

Who’s eligible?

Full-time employees are eligible for basic life and AD&D insurance.

Part time? Or want more?
If you need more coverage – or aren’t a full-time employee – you aren’t left out. You can purchase voluntary life insurance for yourself, your spouse or your children.

Bonus: No-cost will preparation services

If you enroll in voluntary life insurance, you also have access to an attorney who will prepare or update your – or your spouse’s – will at no cost to you. This is available to all full-time and part-time employees enrolled in our voluntary life Insurance plans.
