A BRG is a Business Resource Group. Led by employees, for employees. Purpose-driven — fostering connection, development and advocacy while driving an inclusive and innovative workplace. BRGs begin with people who share common experiences, interests or identities. BRGs grow with the allies who join them. 

What is an ally? 

• An ally is someone who, while not sharing a group’s lived experience, actively supports and advocates for their inclusion and success. Being an ally means listening, learning, and taking action — whether it’s speaking up when someone isn’t included or helping to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and included. Allies take positive, intentional actions to help create a culture where everyone belongs. 

So who can participate? 

• Each BRG is open to all employees, whether you identify with the group or want to be an ally. No invitation is required — all employees are welcome. Think of it as a group for people who want to learn, connect and do great things together.
