Connection is about what we do — not just what we talk about.
At Trilogy, connection goes beyond hallway chats and team lunches. (But we love those, too.) It’s about showing up for each other. That might mean granting wishes or spreading holiday cheer. It can include rolling up your sleeves to help a local nonprofit.
We’ve got plenty of ways for you to get involved, give back and feel all the warm fuzzies that come with connecting and making a difference.

We want to help ensure that every employee is cared for and can provide for themselves and their families, so they can provide the best care for our residents. Our foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit designed to be there for employees of Trilogy Health Services and Synchrony Health Services during times of crisis and times of hope.
We provide emergency assistance programs, scholarships and much more. We’re grateful that many of our employees also want to help support this worthy cause.
Every November and December, our campuses raise funds for local charities of their choice. Residents, employees and families come together to organize creative fundraisers, making the season brighter for everyone.
Angel Tree gifts surprise a child.
Trilogy Home Office employees embrace the magic of the holidays by taking part in the Angel Tree program. Employees “adopt” a child from the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree, shopping from a child’s wish list to help them have a joyful holiday.
Trilogy backs the United Way’s mission to support thriving kids, strong households and equitable communities. Our teams have partnered in service projects to help drive change and make a real impact. You can get involved, too! Learn more about volunteer opportunities with your local United Way.
Live-a-Dream lets you feel like a fairy god-person for a day.
This program grants wishes for our residents and employees with help from the Trilogy Foundation.
