That means right away we’ll begin to: 

  • Introduce you to our amazing culture and the wonderful people who make it that way 
  • Give you the tools, resources and training you need to do your job 
  • Often pair you with a mentor to give you guidance, support and help you feel like you belong

Day 1 is just the beginning. 

Here’s what to expect: 

  • From the start: You’ll get connected to our mission, vision and values — and start learning what it means to lead with a servant’s heart. 
  • Kick off with orientation: Employees start with an in-depth orientation experience, mixing classroom learning with on-the-job training to get set up for success. 
  • Meet your mentor: To help you feel at home, we’ll pair campus employees with a mentor, or ensure that you’re connected with your leader who will guide and support you.  
  • Wear your “Blue Badge”: During your first six months, your mentor, supervisor and other leaders will work together to show you what makes Trilogy an incredible place to grow and thrive.
