Our company comes together for special events throughout the year. We celebrate, share good food and have fun. The really great stuff, though? Trilogy recognizes you for your work in amazing ways. With rewards you want. And moments that make you proud.

After all, you don’t just work here. You shine.

Our recognition and rewards programs are how we celebrate people like you, in ways that are heartfelt, meaningful … and maybe a little over the top. One thing we’ve learned? There is as much joy in giving as there is in receiving, maybe even more. So you’ll have opportunities to give appreciation, and also to get it.

Who can take part?

All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the STARS program. 

Give – and receive – STARS. 

We don’t hand out participation ribbons. Instead, we give out STARS. They’re better, because you can cash in STARS for some pretty great stuff. And they have meaning, too.  

The letters in STARS stand for the ways you can make meaningful contributions to our mission:

R: Responsive 

S: Servant’s Heart 

What are STARS? 

  • They’re recognition of all the ways you go above and beyond. You can earn STARS in many ways, whether that’s to say thanks for picking up an extra shift or going the extra mile to make a resident’s or a co-worker’s day. 
  • You can spend STARS for gift cards to get the things you want. Think of it as a reward for all the great things you do. 

And STARS don’t just shine their light one way. If you see somebody else crushing it, you can spread the love by sharing STARS recognition in real time.

  1. Access the site: The easiest way to get to the STARS website is through Workrede. Under Apps & Shortcuts on the main page, click on the STARS button and boom – you’re in! You may be prompted to set up your account the first time you visit.

  1. Explore your wall: Once you’re logged in, check out your personal redemption wall. It’s your space to share your accomplishments and follow others who inspire you. 
  2. Redeem your rewards: Saved up a bunch of STARS? Visit the redemption mall to exchange them for gifts that celebrate your hard work and service. 
  3. Nominate your rock stars: See someone going above and beyond? Use the site to nominate them for STARS and share the love. 
Snag the OGO. 

Each month we crown an OGO in locations across our company.  

That stands for “O Great One.” (We didn’t make up that name, but we think it’s kind of catchy.)  

Think of this as the Trilogy Hall of Fame. Here’s how it works: 

  1. Within the STARS website, your peers nominate you for your unparalleled brilliance (maybe that’s because you have a servant’s heart or an eye for detail). This works both ways — you also have the fun of identifying a co-worker who you believe is an OGO and helping shine a light on someone who has done something special. 
  2. Trilogy leaders review the nominations and choose a monthly OGO — maybe it’s you! 
  3. If you’re the winner, you earn 200 STARS, bask in the spotlight at a recognition event and earn a spot on the OGO Wall of Fame!  

Oh, and each month’s OGO is entered into a drawing for 2,000 STARS given away at the end of the year!

That’s why we love it when you choose to call Trilogy home year after year. It means we’re going to make sure your long-term success at Trilogy is celebrated.  

Look for this anniversary attention: 

  • From the time you make your badge flip and beyond, we’re here to shower you with STARS, certificates, lapel pins and enough fanfare to rival a homecoming parade. 
  • Let the STARS fall! We award you 100 STARS for each year of service on your work anniversary! The longer you stay with us, the more STARS you receive. 
  • You’ll get stylish rewards. Major milestones earn you custom Trilogy gear, like a tenure polo or jacket. When your anniversary rolls around, you’ll be notified on Workrede and by email. Look for a link on your STARS wall for details on how to place your order. 
  • Be ready to experience moments in the spotlight – both personal and public. We hand out commemorative certificates along with some kind words for folks with something to celebrate. These often happen at our ER3s – Relationships, Recognition and Retention events designed for employee appreciation. 

Ready to cash in those STARS? 

You’ve made some great contributions. And you’ve racked up some STARS.  

Now what?  

  1. Head over to the STARS website to stroll through the Redemption Mall. (Don’t worry, you don’t need to hunt for a parking space.) 
  2. You’ll find a variety of gift card options to suit you — restaurants, department stores and online boutiques, to name a few. 
  3. Remember that any STARS you redeem will be treated as taxable earnings per IRS regulations. You’ll see this reflected on a future paycheck. 
ER3s give you relationships, recognition and a really fun time. 

Have you heard anyone talk about an “ER3” yet? 

Well, in case you haven’t, ER3 events are Trilogy’s way of saying, “You’re amazing, and that’s an awesome reason to have a party!”  

OK, ER3 really stands for Relationships, Recognition and Retention — but it’s about making sure you feel celebrated, connected and appreciated. It’s just another way we reward great people and help them know they belong.  

ER3s are where we applaud your achievements. They’re also where we turn everyday moments into amazing memories. And they usually involve some fun and good food.
