Internal Career Opportunities
Possibilities are all around you.

At Trilogy, we believe in growing careers, not just filling jobs. That means your next opportunity could be closer than you think. If you want to build new skills in a new area, take on more responsibility or step into a leadership role, we’re here to help you get there.
Sometimes, growth means trying something new.
An internal transfer can give you the chance to move to a new department, take on different responsibilities or even explore a new Trilogy campus. It’s a great way to build your skills while staying part of the team that values you.
See if you’re eligible to transfer.
To transfer, you’ll need to:
- Have worked at Trilogy at least six months (unless you have special approval)
- Be in good standing when it comes to attendance and performance
- Meet any licensing, education or experience requirements for the role
Applying doesn’t guarantee a transfer, but it’s the first step toward new possibilities!
Start the transfer process.
Ready to begin?
- Talk to your direct supervisor about your interest.
- Search for opportunities on the Internal Career Portal.
- Submit your application for the role you want.
- Email the hiring manager or campus to express your interest.
If you’re selected, you’ll need to provide notice as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Most transfers happen within two weeks, while leadership roles may require up to 30 days for a smooth transition.
Looking for that next big step? Trilogy is the perfect place to grow.
A promotion at Trilogy means more than just a new title. It’s a chance to take on bigger challenges, grow your skills and increase your earning potential. And keep moving up with a team that knows and rewards your worth.
