Mentoring Programs
Grow into a leader others look up to.
Trilogy Mentors are part coach and part cheerleader – and all-around, trusted go-to pros.

Here, Mentor is more than a title. It’s a chance to shape our teams and our culture. Mentors help our new team members get up to speed while bringing our values to life each day.
As a Mentor, here’s what you’ll do:
- Be a culture champion: Show the power of personal connections and make every employee and resident feel like they belong.
- Lead the way: Bring our Trilogy Service Standards to life every day.
- Set out the welcome mat: Help our new employees navigate onboarding until they feel right at home.
- Become a great coach: Train new team members so they feel confident and capable.
From Nursing and Nurse Aide to Culinary, Life Enrichment and Environmental Services, we’ve got Mentors in nearly every area of our business.

What all future Mentors should know
Congrats on making the decision to take the first step! Just a couple more to go!
- Step 2. Chat with a leader. Once you apply, a campus or support team leader will sit down with you to go over the role and what to expect.
- Step 3. Get approved and invited. If you’re approved, you’ll get an email and a RedeApp message approximately 30 days before the in-person session. This will include everything you need to know, like where to go, what to bring, pre-work to complete and more.
Pro tip: Check RedeApp and your email so you don’t miss those messages.
OH! One more thing!
Training spots are limited, so getting approved doesn’t mean you’re automatically in. We do our best to fit everyone in, but if we hit max capacity, the leadership team will step in to finalize the roster. Don’t worry – we’ll work hard to get you a spot!
Here are a few more details about Mentor training:
- You’ll start by taking part in a hands-on, off-site program. The two-day training includes an overnight stay. It will give you the tools, insights and confidence to be an incredible leader. This is your moment to shine!
- Paid hours: You’ll be paid for both travel and classroom time during training. So if your training site is three hours away, you’ll get paid for six hours of travel, plus the time spent in class. Your exact classroom hours will be shared after the session.
- Mileage: The driver gets reimbursed for mileage. Just submit it along with other expenses to your Employee Experience Manager.
- Scheduling: Work with your campus Scheduler to make sure you’re off the schedule as needed. That includes the night before and after, if you work second or third shift.
- Food: Meals are covered during training. If you buy any meals while traveling, keep your receipts to get reimbursed.
