We know you’re motivated by a lot of important things – like helping others and reaching your personal goals. But let’s be honest. A little extra money is always nice, too. That’s why Trilogy has put together a whole list of financial bonuses and incentives we think you’ll like.

Like these:

  • Open shifts sometimes pop up, and we reward you for stepping up!
Who’s eligible?

 Full- and part-time employees are eligible for certain bonuses and incentives, but additional rules apply to each section.

Are your friends amazing people? Well, why aren’t they on our team? Introduce us to our next great employees and you could earn big rewards through our Employee Bonus Referral Program (EBRP). 

Here’s what you can earn: 

  • $500 for a full-time referral  
  • $250 for a part-time referral  
  • $2,500 for leadership roles like campus administration and Assistant Vice President or higher 

Follow the rules, rake in the cash:

  • Trilogy and Synchrony employees are now united under one Employee Referral Bonus Program Policy, streamlining the referral process.
  • PRN hires and rehires, regardless of the length of time since their last employment, are no longer eligible for payment.
  • All department leaders may refer employees outside of their own department within the same campus.
  • Qualified referral bonuses will be paid in one installment after 90 days of successful employment.
  • All referrals must be submitted in Talent Match. Jot Form will no longer be used.
  • If you directly supervise your referral, you’re not eligible for the bonus, but referrals to other campuses or departments are fair game!
  • Both you and your referral must be active in UKG when the bonus is paid, which happens on the third pay cycle of the month after they complete 90 days of continuous employment.
  • To ensure payment, your first and last name (exactly as it appears in UKG) must be entered on the candidate’s job application under the How did you hear about us? section. It is your responsibility to make sure this information is complete and accurate before the new employee’s first day of onboarding. Check with your local HR representative to confirm you are listed as the referring employee. Missing this step means no bonus — so don’t skip it!

Perfect attendance matters, 100%. 

It’s great to have somebody you can rely on. That’s why we reward employees who show up on time every day. And we’ll reward you with cash every month you do. Plus, if you have perfect attendance all year, you’ll have the chance to win a bigger cash prize! 

Who’s eligible? 

Full- and part-time Trilogy campus employees are eligible, except PRN employees and campus leaders. Eligible employees must have actively worked the entire period used for determining the reward.  

How do you define “perfect”?

Well, perfect means … perfect. If you are tardy, call off or miss a punch at the timeclock – we’re sorry to say that will disqualify you from earning the reward. Of course, we won’t hold shift exchanges that are approved and fulfilled against you. You will still be eligible in those cases.

Did you have perfect attendance for an entire month? Wow!  

In addition to a pat on the back, we’ll give you $15 on an upcoming paycheck. Payments are made quarterly based on the schedule below. 

Now, let’s take it a step further.  

Was your attendance perfect the entire year … from December 1 to November 30? If so, you just unlocked some extra rewards!  

  1. You’ll be entered into a drawing in December to win one of three cash prizes – $1,500, $2,500 or the grand prize of $5,000!
  2. If you don’t win that, you will still earn $300 and 8 hours of PTO for your amazing

Want to work an extra shift? That could earn you more than a few extra hours of pay!  

It’s important we have enough hands to give our residents the quality of care they need and deserve. So, when there’s an open shift, we offer pick-up incentives to qualifying employees who pitch in. You can earn STARS incentives for every extra shift: 

  • 50 STARS if the shift falls Monday – Thursday 
  • 150 STARS if the shift is on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday 
  • 200 STARS if the shift is on a company holiday 

Or take advantage of points buy-back options to reduce your attendance point standing: 

  • 1 point if the shift falls Monday – Thursday 
  • 1.5 points if the shift is on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or company-observed holiday

Full- and part-time Trilogy campus hourly (non-exempt) employees, excluding Business Office personnel. Shift pickup incentives only apply to employees who are picking up open shifts in addition to their regular shifts and are not eligible for any other shift incentive plan.
