We know time off isn’t just a “nice to have”. It’s a need-to-have. You need time to rest, relax and recharge. That’s why Trilogy offers you a competitive PTO package. All this means you can take that vacation you want, take care of appointments – or just lounge around in your pajamas for a day.

Who’s eligible?

Full- and part-time hourly and salaried employees qualify for PTO. Home Office employees, some campus roles (Executive Director, Administrator, DHS, ADHS), some Synchrony roles (Area Managers, Executive Directors, and Director of Operational Support) qualify for the My Time program.

Your specific benefits depend on your job role, so be sure to ask your supervisor for the full details.

Get the basics of our PTO program. 

Most employees earn PTO based on how long you’ve been with Trilogy. The longer you stay, the more time off you get! 

Once you’ve been with us 90 days, you’ve unlocked the door to paid time off!  

After those 90 days have passed, you can request time off and start enjoying the flexibility we offer.  

Here’s what else you need to know: 

  • Hourly employees can carry over any unused PTO year after year. You won’t lose it if you don’t use it! If you’re an hourly employee, you can cash out your extra PTO! If you have more than 40 hours PTO, you can turn some of that time into cash. This is always paid on the third check of the month. 
  • Some salaried employees have a maximum carryover. If you’re a salaried employee who is part of the My Time program, this doesn’t apply.

Requesting time off is easy! 

Just give your supervisor a heads-up in advance. And if you’re planning a vacation, please give at least 30 days advance notice. All requests must be made electronically in the timekeeping system you use in your role. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests. 

Holidays are worth celebrating. 

We love a good celebration! The holidays we observe let you enjoy time with family and friends … or some extra pay to spend on them! 

Trilogy observes these holidays: 

  • New Year’s Day 
  • Memorial Day 
  • Independence Day 
  • Labor Day 
  • Thanksgiving Day 
  • Day after Thanksgiving 
  • Christmas Day 

What if you work on a holiday? 

Holidays begin at 12:00 midnight and end at 11:59 p.m., the actual day of the holiday for pay purposes. If you’re an hourly employee who’s off on a holiday, you must use PTO to get paid for the day.
