Pay Programs
Grow your pay, your way.
Hard work shouldn’t be its only reward. That’s why our pay programs are pretty special. At Trilogy, we offer multiple ways to help you boost your paycheck – such as raises every three months and premium pay, depending on your job role.
Explore these options:
- For most of our hourly employees, we offer raises four times a year; your pay keeps growing to help you keep up with life’s costs.
- You may be eligible for higher pay if you work off-hour shifts; these shift differentials help keep our campuses running 24/7.
- Nurses and caregivers who commit to working weekends can earn more to help ensure our residents get a high level of care.
- When you pick up shifts at our sister campuses, you can earn extra pay – and even get reimbursed for driving out of your way.

You read that right! Get raises more often. Not just once a year, like most other employers.
We call this our Quarterly Wage Investment program, or QWI for short. Most hourly employees are eligible for these raises. Your paycheck keeps growing to help keep up with the rising cost of, well, everything!
See how it works.
At Trilogy, we don’t think raises need to always be one and done.
That’s why most hourly employees are eligible for a pay increase every three months. It’s called a Quarterly Wage Investment (QWI). It’s our way of showing a continued commitment to increasing wages, quarter after quarter. No waiting a full year for a bump in pay!
A raise every three months makes it easier to stay ahead of inflation. After all, a dollar in hand today is worth more than one tomorrow. And with costs always rising, we believe your paycheck should keep pace, too.
Who’s eligible?
All Trilogy hourly (non-exempt) employees working on our campuses, as well as all full- and part-time hourly employees of Synchrony Rehab, are eligible. All other employees qualify for annual increases.

It’s not easy to keep things running 24/7. And we recognize that second, third, and weekend shifts come with some unique challenges.
That‘s why if you commit to working evening, night and weekend shifts, your commitment can come with extra pay.
See how it works.
You can get rewarded for working key shifts.
Are you a night owl? Or do you prefer having nights and weekends off to fit your family’s schedule? Since everybody’s needs aren’t the same – but our residents need care 24/7 – we offer shift differentials to help us make sure we’re covered around the clock. Shift differentials are extra pay for select shifts.
How much extra can you earn?
It‘s not a one-size-fits-all thing. Rates and schedules for shift differentials depend on your job, your shift and where you work. Check with your immediate supervisor for details on pay rates and what’s open to you.
No matter where or when you work, we’re grateful for the care you provide our residents every day (and night!).
Who’s eligible?
It varies by location, role and shift. Generally, shift differentials apply to hourly employees who provide direct care to residents on our Trilogy campuses. Please check with your direct supervisor for details.
Our residents need to receive quality care around the clock – and that goes for weekends, too! Nurses and caregivers who commit to regularly working weekends can earn an extra hourly incentive for working Saturdays and Sundays.
You’ll need to sign up for two shifts each weekend (8 or 12 hours each). If you’re part of this weekend team, you can also earn shift differentials and holiday pay when they apply.
It’s a simple way to earn more while helping us provide exceptional care when it’s needed most.
Who’s eligible?
Full- and part-time RNs, LPNs, CRCAs (CNAs) and Med Techs (CRMAs) are eligible for the weekend pay program. There may be other qualifications for eligibility. Please check Compass for the Weekend Program policy details.
