We’re here for you. Because you’re here for others.

We know life isn’t always blue skies and sunshine. Just about everybody endures some tough times. And it’s hard to care for others when you need some help yourself.

That’s why The Trilogy Health Services Foundation exists.

Commonly called The Foundation by many employees across Trilogy, its purpose is to help our employees during times of crisis and times of hope – both at work and after they clock out. The Trilogy Health Services Foundation may grant financial assistance during a crisis, provide scholarships for qualifying employees and their dependents and offer a first-time home buyer program for those who meet the qualifications.

Understand our mission

The mission of the Trilogy Health Services Foundation is to improve the lives of Trilogy Health Services employees so that they may reach their full potential through education, financial stability and healthy living, which creates memorable moments for our residents.

Our vision is to provide resources for Trilogy Health Services employees and residents to take them well into the future.

Addressing food insecurity

A little support can make a big difference.

We offer Careshelves stocked with food so team members have access to extra help when they need it.

Each campus receives $500 per month to stock its Careshelf with essential food items bought from local grocery stores. The funds come from Knock Out Hunger, our Foundation’s fundraising program. Every dollar the campaign raises goes directly to supporting Careshelf.

Emergency assistance

Hardships often come without warning. The Trilogy Health Services Foundation provides financial support for employees dealing with emergencies. Support can help with a utility shut-off, eviction, domestic violence issue or life-threatening medical emergency for an employee or primary family member.

Emergency Assistance awards are available up to $2,000. Apply or find additional resources
