  • We can help you find tuition-free courses – or programs where we help share the cost with you – so you have the flexibility to fit your life.
  • In some cases, programs are fully funded and covered 100% by Trilogy.
  • If you’ve already finished your degree, we can help you take care of your existing student loans – through tools and coaching, and even direct loan payments.

Guild offers affordable courses with the flexibility you need.  

Trilogy has partnered with Guild to offer tuition-free and partially funded options. You can take advantage of flexible online courses and support to fit your schedule. 

Here’s what’s in it for you:

  • Student loan support to ease financial stress 

Who’s eligible? 

If you’re a full-or part-time employee and have been with us for six months or longer, you’re eligible. 

Don’t be late for class. 

Taking the first step with Guild is simple: 

  1. Go to our Guild Education site.
  2. Create an account and complete your profile – it only takes a few minutes. 
  3. Browse through programs that fit your goals and interests. 
  4. Talk with a Guild specialist who can act as your personal education coach. 
  5. Choose your program and apply. That’s all it takes to start your next big chapter! 
Need to repay student loans?  

Our student loan benefits can help you pay down existing student debt. 

We know – too well – the challenges that come with managing student loan debt. Our Student Loan Benefits Program offers two kinds of support: 

  • Student Loan Optimization (SLO): Get access to tools and personalized coaching to help you manage and reduce your student loan debt. Whether it’s rounding up daily spending to pay off loans faster or exploring refinancing options, SLO makes the process faster.  
  • Student Loan Repayment (SLR): For eligible employees, Trilogy contributes directly to your loan payments — $100 monthly for full-time employees and $50 for part-time employees. SLR makes progress on your loans a little easier. 

Who’s eligible?  
Full- and part-time employees employed six months or longer can take advantage of these benefits. PRN employees, as well as roles above Assistant Vice President, are not eligible.
