Two ways to get your prescriptions: Because it’s important to have the right supplies when you need them.

We want you to get what you need to keep your health on track. So, we offer two pharmacy pathways designed to balance convenience and cost savings.

Who is eligible to participate?
All employees and dependents enrolled in medical coverage have access to all pharmacy benefits.

Here’s what you need to know about each program:

Were you prescribed medicine to use in the short-term?

When you need short-term medications, use your local retail pharmacy as your go-to. 

  • These include medications such as antibiotics. 
  • Prescriptions are filled by your local pharmacy. 
  • Use the program to check prices, see your existing prescriptions, find network pharmacies and place and track delivery orders. 

Get the most out of your pharmacy benefit with an OptumRx account! 

Create your online account to make it easier to: 

  • Check drug prices 
  • Access and print your ID card 
  • Find a network pharmacy near you 
  • And more! 

Here’s how: 

  1. Go to OptumRx.com
  2. Select Register on the home page 
  3. Enter the information from your member ID card 
  4. Create a username and password 
  5. Complete your profile

Need to fill a routine prescription? 

If you use long-term maintenance or specialty medications, check in with SynchronyRx@Home. 

Your health essentials will arrive at your doorstep – even with automatic refills! 

  • Common examples include medications used for the ongoing treatment of blood pressure, asthma or high cholesterol. 
  • Choose a 30-day or 90-day supply mailed directly to your home.  

Flexible payments: You can pay directly with an HSA or seek reimbursement through your LSA.

  1. Use your email address on file to access your account.
    If you need help, call 866-290-1480. 
  2. Once your account is open, you can easily access your medications, view your medication profile and manage your account.  
  3. Dependents 18 or older must set up their own individual accounts.
