Who is eligible to participate?
All employees and dependents enrolled in medical coverage have access to all pharmacy benefits.
Here’s what you need to know about each program:
When you need short-term medications, use your local retail pharmacy as your go-to.
- These include medications such as antibiotics.
- Prescriptions are filled by your local pharmacy.
- Use the program to check prices, see your existing prescriptions, find network pharmacies and place and track delivery orders.
Get the most out of your pharmacy benefit with an OptumRx account!
Create your online account to make it easier to:
- Check drug prices
- Access and print your ID card
- Find a network pharmacy near you
- And more!
Here’s how:
- Go to OptumRx.com
- Select Register on the home page
- Enter the information from your member ID card
- Create a username and password
- Complete your profile

If you use long-term maintenance or specialty medications, check in with SynchronyRx@Home.

Your health essentials will arrive at your doorstep – even with automatic refills!

- Choose a 30-day or 90-day supply mailed directly to your home.
Flexible payments: You can pay directly with an HSA or seek reimbursement through your LSA.
