Pregnancy doesn’t come with a manual (although we really wish it did).

Until it does, we’re here to offer support.

When you’re a member of one of our medical plans, you’ll find helpful resources to support you through pregnancy, sleepless nights and first steps. At no extra charge, you have access to Healthy Beginnings with Lucent and First Stop Health Coaching Program. These programs can help you navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy whether you’re becoming a parent for the first-time or not.

Programs for Trilogy health plan members

Healthy Beginnings with Lucent Health: through Lucent Receive personalized one-on-one nursing support during pregnancy and after your baby arrives.

Free folic acid/prenatal vitamins through SynchronyRx@Home

To receive the free vitamins:

  1. Make sure you’re enrolled with Synchrony
  2. Request a prescription from your doctor for prenatal vitamins (Synchrony will determine brand)
  3. Submit the prescription to SynchronyRx@Home

Sign up for First Stop Health

  1. Sign up for Healthy Beginnings. Lucent’s Healthy Beginnings team may reach out after you’ve seen your obstetrician to invite you to join the program, but you don’t have to wait for a call. Enroll at any time by calling (615) 560-1982 or click here to visit Lucent Health. Once enrolled, one of our nurses will connect with you to share helpful resources, answer questions, and offer support throughout your pregnancy and after your baby arrives.

How to Join First Stop Health

  • Download & set up the First Stop Health mobile app
  • Tap Find My Account Set up your account using: The last 4 digits of your social security number Your legal name Your date of birth.
