Turn your house into a home
If you have your eye on a cozy couch or a shiny new stove, you can spread out payments over time through payroll deductions. No credit check is required.
This program lets you purchase furniture, appliances, electronics and more through easy payroll deductions.
Who’s eligible?
Full- and part-time employees at least 18 years of age, who earn a minimum of $20,000 annually and have either a bank account or credit card (to be used in the event of non-payment through payroll deduction) are eligible.
Buying your first home?
- Start working on your credit score right away by paying down any credit card balances.
- Request credit reports from the three major credit agencies (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion) to make sure they give lenders an accurate picture of your credit history.
- Keep in mind your required down payment will typically range from 3% of your home’s purchase price up to 20%! It all depends on the loan.
