New Full-Time Status?  

Going full-time? Congrats! That’s a big deal. Full-timers have the option to elect medical coverage and a wide range of other exciting benefits.  

Who’s eligible?  

Full-time employees are eligible to elect medical coverage through Trilogy’s Anthem plans. You’ll also have access to many other perks and benefits exclusive to full-time employees.

New Part-Time Status?

Switching to part-time or PRN? There are a few important things to keep in mind. You may lose medical coverage and access to some of the other benefits reserved for full-time employees.  

But keep in mind: Other options for medical coverage are available if your hours are reduced. We’re here to help you figure it out. 

Alternate paths for medical coverage 

  • Options like COBRA can help you maintain some health coverage for a limited time.
  • Even if you aren’t eligible for medical coverage through Trilogy, the Marketplace may be an option for you. Check out the HealthCare.gov website for more details.
