Maternity Support

Expecting a baby? Congrats!

If you have medical coverage through Trilogy’s Anthem plans, there’s more good news.

Building Healthy Families: Maternity Support Program is like having a pregnancy coach, lactation specialist and milestone tracker all rolled into one.

It’s a digital tool in the Sydney health app or Anthem.com.

Now you can easily:

  • Monitor maternal health throughout pregnancy
  • Track your baby’s progress
  • Get questions answered by a nurse at all hours
  • Log late-night feedings, diaper changes and growth milestones

Who’s eligible?

Building Healthy Families: Maternity Support Program is available to full-time employees who have elected medical coverage through Trilogy’s Anthem plans.

Next steps

  • Complete the post-partum questionnaire within 56 days of delivery
Adding a child to your benefits

This isn’t just a life-changing moment – it’s a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) for your benefits!

A QLE gives you the opportunity to make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the event, so your new family member can get the coverage and support they need.

Here’s how:

  1. Update MyADP with your Qualifying Life Event.
Log into your MyADP account to officially register your Adoption or Birth of Child QLE so you can add your child to your coverage. Don’t wait! You have just 30 days to make changes.
  2. Add your child to your health plans.
Get full support for your little one. Once you’ve registered a QLE, you can use the Benefits Base Camp to add your child to medical, dental, vision or other plans you’ve elected.
  3. Update or enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.
An HSA is a smart way to plan for health care costs for you and your growing family. A Dependent Care FSA lets you save pre-tax dollars for things like daycare or in-home care. Update your contributions or enroll if you aren’t already participating. Learn how these plans work.
Free maternity uniforms

Each employee can order two (2) uniform polos or chef coats at no cost. If you need a maternity polo or chef coat, your local Business Office staff can help.

Free folic acid/prenatal vitamins

Free prenatal vitamins can help your baby get a healthy start.

If you’re pregnant, Trilogy makes them available through SynchronyRx@Home.

To receive the free vitamins:

  1. Make sure you’re enrolled with SynchronyRx.
  2. Request a prescription from your doctor for prenatal vitamins.
  3. Submit the prescription to SynchronyRx@Home. Synchrony will select the brand.
Time Off to Support Your Family

We want to support you as you enjoy time bonding with your newest family member.

  • If you’ve worked here for one (1) year or more – 100% salary replacement for six weeks
  • Parental leave must be taken at the time of birth or adoption.
  • If both parents work for Trilogy, they are not required to take their paid leave at the same time.
