We work with Guild Education to give you access to tuition-free or partially covered diploma and degree programs that will help you reach your professional goals.  

How does it work?  

  1. Guild pays partner universities on your behalf – so you get the options you want and classes that fit your schedule. 
  2. You can build your expertise with degrees and certificates in nursing and healthcare —or explore career prep courses in a variety of fields.

Get help repaying student loans. 

Student loans often come with a high cost. That can quickly derail your career plans, making it harder to focus on the future you want.  

That’s why Trilogy offers two kinds of solutions to our employees: 

  1. Student Loan Optimization (SLO) includes tools and one-on-one coaching to help you take control of your student debt and ramp up your repayment.  
  2. Student Loan Repayment (SLR) contributes directly to your student loans – $100 per month for full-time employees and $50 a month for part-time employees.

Get paid to earn in apprenticeship or certification programs.

Imagine hands-on learning that pays off – literally – with certifications and raises every step of the way. 

That’s the idea behind Trilogy Registered Apprenticeship Programs for full-time and part-time employees. You can fast-track your mastery of new skills while you work.  

You can also get reimbursed for achieving certifications that help you move ahead.  

  1. Choose from entry-level certifications – and keep moving up.   
  2. Each certification you earn comes with a raise.  
  3. You can achieve each certification in 12 months or less.
