Trilogy Health Services has long invested in its people — creating pathways that grow careers, elevate care, and strengthen communities. The Trilogy School of Nursing was designed to continue that commitment by providing dedicated Trilogy team members with an opportunity to establish lasting roots in clinical nursing through a supportive, employer-sponsored learning experience.
The Trilogy School of Nursing has launched a customized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) pathway created specifically for Trilogy employees who demonstrate passion, commitment, and a calling to care for others. Through a partnership with a trusted academic partner, Trilogy combines high-quality nursing education with real-world clinical experience and workforce development support to create a truly unique learning model.
This innovative program blends:
- Instructor-led virtual learning
- In-person skills and simulation experiences
- Advanced simulation lab training
- Hands-on clinical experiences within Trilogy campuses
- Structured work-based learning and mentorship
The State Board of Nursing approved training program spans approximately 48 weeks and is intentionally designed around the realities of long-term care nursing — allowing students to learn in the environment where they will ultimately practice and lead.
Upon successful completion of the academic coursework, simulation requirements, and clinical experiences, graduates become eligible to sit for licensure with their practicing state Board of Nursing.

By blending academic education with real-world work-based learning, students can immediately connect classroom concepts to resident care experiences while remaining deeply connected to the Trilogy culture and mission.
Because this program represents a significant investment in our people and future workforce, applicants must demonstrate strong commitment, professionalism, and readiness for the rigor of nursing education.
Eligible applicants must:
- Be a current full-time or part-time Trilogy employee
- Have at least one year of employment with Trilogy
- Be in good standing within their campus and role
- Maintain appropriate attendance and performance standards
- Be current with all required regulatory and compliance training
- Submit a supervisor letter of recommendation
- Submit a personal letter of intent outlining their interest and commitment to nursing
- Meet the Board of Nursing admission and licensure requirements
Applicants selected for the program are recognized as high-performing team members who embody Trilogy’s values and commitment to compassionate care.
Unlike traditional nursing programs, the Trilogy School of Nursing creates a fully integrated learning experience where students learn with Trilogy, through Trilogy, and for Trilogy.
Clinical experiences occur within Trilogy campuses, allowing students to:

- Build meaningful relationships with residents and interdisciplinary teams
- Gain exposure to real-world clinical decision-making in supportive environments
- Transition more seamlessly into licensed nursing practice after graduation

The Trilogy School of Nursing is an employer-sponsored educational pathway, representing a significant investment in each selected student. In partnership with our academic provider, Trilogy supports students through both their educational and workplace learning journey to help ensure long-term success.
In return, accepted students commit to a post-graduation work agreement designed to support long-term workforce development and continued growth within Trilogy.
