Eligibility Requirements:
To enroll in the CALA Paid Training Program, team members must meet the following requirements:
- Maintain full-time or part-time employment status.
- Complete campus orientation.
- Remain current with all required regulatory assignments in Trilogy University.
- Have no more than three attendance points and no active disciplinary actions.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to grow within the organization and commit to resident-centered care.
- Team members may also be required to complete the appropriate internal forms and approval process before beginning the program.
How to get started:
Team members interested in the CALA program should begin by speaking with their campus Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Specialist or their campus Employee Experience Manager (EXM). Additional information regarding enrollment, training schedules, and required forms can be provided by the supporting NPD for each division.
- State-approved Nurse Aide program with paid training
- 75+ hours completed over 2–3 weeks
- Includes:
- Instructor-led classroom learning (virtual + in-person)
- Hands-on clinical practice and bedside training
- Skills validation in real care settings
- Features 90-day wraparound support after training to help you succeed

- Demonstrate a genuine desire to grow within the organization and commit to resident-centered care.
- Team members are required to complete the appropriate internal forms and complete the State Board of Health approval process before beginning the program.

Team members interested in the CRCA program should begin by speaking with their campus Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Specialist or their campus Employee Experience Manager (EXM). Additional information regarding enrollment, training schedules, and required forms can be provided by the supporting NPD for each division.

To enroll in the Medication Technician Paid Training Program, team members must meet the following requirements:
- Maintain full-time or part-time employment status.
- Complete campus orientation.
- Remain current with all required regulatory assignments in Trilogy University.
- Have no more than three attendance points and no active disciplinary actions.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to grow within the organization and commit to resident-centered care.
- Team members are required to complete the appropriate internal forms and complete the State Board of Health or Trilogy-approval process before beginning the program.
How to Apply
Team members interested in the Medication Technician program should begin by speaking with their campus Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Specialist or their campus Employee Experience Manager (EXM) to discuss eligibility and program availability. Classes are offered on an as-needed basis.

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants for the CRMA program must meet all applicable state-specific requirements and be a current Trilogy employee in good standing. Team members should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to resident-centered care.

- Remain current with all required regulatory assignments in Trilogy University.
- Have no more than three attendance points and no active disciplinary actions.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to grow within the organization and commit to resident-centered care.
- Team members are required to complete the appropriate internal forms and complete the State Board of Health and State Board of Nursing approval process before beginning the program.
- Indiana QMA state requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have proof of high school diploma or equivalent, be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing in Indiana, and work a minimum of 1,000 hours as a CNA within the past 24 months
- Michigan MA-C state requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing in Michigan and work a minimum of 2,000 hours as a CNA within the past 24 months in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home.
- All other Trilogy States: Should connect with campus clinical leadership team to discuss eligibility, state-specific requirements, and available training opportunities with Synchrony Pharmacy.

Eligibility Requirements:
Eligibility requirements for Insulin Certification vary by state and role requirements. Team members must meet all applicable state-specific guidelines, maintain good standing with Trilogy, and successfully complete any prerequisite certifications or medication administration training prior to enrollment.
- Indiana: Must be currently on the QMA registry or have completed the QMA 100-hour training program.

- Maintain full-time or part-time employment status.
- Complete campus orientation.
- Remain current with all required regulatory assignments in Trilogy University.
- Have no more than three attendance points and no active disciplinary actions.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to grow within the organization and commit to resident-centered care.
- Be a current Trilogy CALA/CRCA/CRMA team member or a Licensed Nurse
- Must be employed for 6+ Months
