How it Enroll

  1. Log in to UKG and select Make Selections.
  2. Navigate to the Benefits section and click Enroll Now.
  3. Review your benefit elections carefully.
  4. Click Confirm Enrollment to submit your choices.
  5. Be sure to save your confirmation number for your records.

Important: Your benefit selections and changes will not be processed until you click Confirm Enrollment and receive a confirmation number.

Once you’ve received your confirmation number, your enrollment is complete. Nice work—you’ve earned a reward!

Have a Qualifying Life Event?

If you’ve experienced a qualifying life event—such as a marriage, divorce, birth, or adoption, you may be eligible to make changes to your benefits. Benefit updates must be completed within 30 days of the event.

Follow These Steps

  1. Contact the Benefits Resource Center (BRC) to confirm your eligibility to make benefit changes.
  2. Log in to UKG.
  3. Select Benefits.
  4. Click Manage My Benefits.
  5. Choose the appropriate life event (marriage, divorce, birth, etc.).
  6. Enter the date of the event.
  7. Follow the prompts to update your elections.
  8. Complete the process by selecting Checkout.
  9. Submit documentation that matches the date of your qualifying life event.
Birth or Adoption of a Child Qualifying Life Events

The birth or adoption of a child is considered a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), which allows you to update your benefits within 30 days of the event.

What to Do

1. Register Your QLE in UKG

Log into UKG and submit your Adoption or Birth of Child Qualifying Life Event

  • Don’t wait, benefit changes must be completed within 30 days of the event

2. Add Your Child to Coverage

Update applicable benefits, including:

  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Other elected plans

3. Review Your Savings Accounts

You may also:

  • Enroll in or update a Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Enroll in or update a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

HSAs help you save for healthcare expenses, while Dependent Care FSAs can help pay for childcare and other eligible dependent care expenses using pre-tax dollars.
