Grow Your Career with Career Pathways Program

The Career Pathways Program helps eligible team members gain new skills, earn certifications, and receive premium pay increases through flexible, self-paced online learning. Most pathways can be completed in 12 months or less.

Getting Started

Who Can Apply?

  • Full-time and part-time team members
  • Fewer than three attendance points
  • Must be in an eligible pathway role

How It Works

  1. Apply through Red e App > Files > Career Pathways.
  2. Applications are typically processed within 72 hours.
  3. Once approved, coursework is assigned through Trilogy University in UKG.
  4. Complete self-paced online courses, knowledge checks and assessments.
  5. Earn premium pay increases as you complete program levels.
  6. After completing a level, wait 30 days before applying for the next level.

Course completion is automatically tracked in Trilogy University, and premium pay increases typically begin within two pay cycles of level completion. Courses do not expire, so you can pause and resume your progress at any time without losing completed work.

Eligible Roles:

Potential Earnings: Up to $1,000+ annually

Levels:

  1. Customer Service Certification (+$0.25/hr)
  2. Dementia Certification (+$0.25/hr)
Certified Caregiver

Eligible Roles:

  • CALA
  • CRCA
  • CRMA (including Flex Force and Weekend)
  • Legacy Leaders
  • Scheduler
  • Senior Scheduler with CRCA, CALA, or CRMA credentials

Potential Earnings: Up to $2,000+ annually

Levels:

  1. Caregiver 101 (+$0.25/hr)
  2. Caregiver 102 (+$0.25/hr)
  3. Caregiver 201 (+$0.25/hr)
  4. Caregiver 202 (+$0.25/hr)

Important: Premium pay ends if a participant moves into an LPN, RN or non-clinical role.

Culinary

Eligible Roles:

  • Cook
  • Dining Services Assistant
  • Assistant Director of Food Services

Potential Earnings: Up to $3,000+ annually

Additional Rewards:

  • Two personalized chef coats after Culinary 101
  • Knife set after Culinary 201

Levels:

  1. Culinary 101 (+$0.25/hr)
  2. Culinary 102 (+$0.25/hr)
  3. Culinary 201 (+$0.50/hr)

Environmental Services

Eligible Roles:

  • Senior Director of Environmental Services
  • Director of Environmental Services
  • Environmental Services Assistant
  • Floor Technician

Potential Earnings: Up to $2,000+ annually
